三、劳动保护和劳动条件

四、劳动报酬
Labor
remuneration
根据“按劳分配”原则，实行同工同酬，乙方的报酬不得低
于当地最低工资标准。具体薪酬
标准、支付方式以及支付时间按公司制定的《薪酬管理制
度》执行。

五、社会保险
Social Insurance
甲方应按照国家有关社会保险的法律、法规和政策为乙方缴纳基本养老、基本医疗、失业、
工伤、
生育保险费用；
社会保险费个人缴纳部
分，
甲方从乙方工资中代扣代缴。

accordance

national laws, regulations and

pension,

unemployment,

insurance

六、劳动纪律和规章制度

、甲方依法
制定的
劳动纪律和
规章制度
，乙方有义
务遵守；

party A, party B shall have the duty to abide by
it.

签订本合同前，
甲方已对乙方进行了劳动纪律、
操作规程、
管理
制度等相应的培训；

contract, Party A has to provide party B the labor
discipline, operating
procedures,
management system and the corresponding training <

、乙方应当遵守甲方的工作操作规程，服从工作安排；

shall
abide
by

procedures, obey the
work arrangement of party A.

、乙方违反劳动纪律或规章制度，甲方有权按本单位的规章制度，给予纪律处分，直至解除

disciplinary action, up to terminate this
contract.
七、劳动合同的变更

八、劳动合同的解除

（一）双方协商一致，劳动合同可以解除。

（二）乙方
有下列情形之一的，甲方可以即行解除劳动合同：

乙方同时与其他用人单位建立劳动关系，
对完成本单位的工作任务造成严重影响，
或者经
用人单位提出
，拒不改正的；

、被依法追究刑事责任的。

（三）有下列情形之一的，甲
方可以提前
30
日以书面形式通知乙方解除劳动合同：

、
乙方不能胜任工作，
经培训或调整工作岗位仍不能胜任工作的；

B

not
competent
for work, after
training or adjustment of jobs.

、乙方患病或者非因工负伤，医疗期满后，不能从事原工作，也不能从事甲方另行安排工作
的；
Party B was ill or injured due
to non-work relation, after completion of medical,
Part A is not competent for his
original work, or alternative arranged jobs.

、
劳动合同订立时所依据的客观情况发生重大变
化，
致使劳动合同无法履行，
双方协商不能
就变更劳动合同达成协议的。

（四）有下列情形之一的，甲方可以提前

日通知工会，经工会同意后，与乙方解除劳动合
