乙方按合同综合单价包干承包，工程结算时不管任何因素均不

7.
工程款支付
7.1
工程进度款支付：每月

日由乙方向甲方报送本月实际完成实物工程量，经甲方核对并审定
工程量后，
甲方按经审核的已完工程进度价款的

支付乙方。
整体工程竣工验收后，
一次性付清。
8.
工程设计变更
8.1
工程变更造成的工程量增减按实计算，单价执行合同各相应的综合单价。
8.2
工程变更价款的支付与工程进
度款一同支付。
9.
甲方责任
9.1
．负责工程施工过程中对乙方的工程施工质量、进度、安全的监督与管理。
9.2
．提供有关的工程施工图纸一份，
向乙方以书面形式作质量技术、安全技术交底，制定施工方案
和施工进度计划。
9.3
．提供临时住房、生活用水、用电。<

9.4.
负责对外联系和各专业承包班组之间的工作协调。
9.5
．甲方负责对乙方工程质量进行跟踪监督，检查（实测、实量）
，如因乙方原因造成工程质量达不
到优良标准，情节严重者，甲方有
权利对乙方进行质量罚款。
9.6
．
甲方负责对乙方的安全施工、文明施工进行监督、检查，如乙方未能按照甲方项目经理部的安
全施工、
文明施工的有关规定进行施工，
甲方有权对乙方下
达书面或口头整改通知。
乙方接到整改通
知，应立即按照甲方要
求进行整改，否则甲方有权对乙方进行经济处罚、停工处罚。情节严重的，甲
