我国生物技术发展现状及展 望，

我国的环境现状及生物技术在环境保护方面的应

用。

生物技术是二十世纪后期人类科技史上最令人瞩目的高新技术。

所谓生物技术是指

“用

活的生物体或生物体的物质”来改进产品 、

改良植物和动物，

或为特殊用途而培养微生物的

技术，生物技术可分两类

:

一是传统生物技术

传统生物技术包括酿造、酶的使用、抗菌素

发酵、

味精和氨基酸工业等，

即利用天然生物的机能及其酶系 统进行物质生产和净化环境的

技术

二 是现代生物技术

,

一般包括基因工程、细胞工程、酶工程、发酵 工程和蛋白质工程

,

人工改造的生物机能及其酶系统进行物质生 产和净化环境的技术

我国生物技术的开端：

近些年来，以 基因工程、细胞工程、酶工程、发酵工程为代表

的现代生物技术发展迅猛，

并日益影响和改变着人们的生产和生活方式在我国生物技术一直

受到国家的高 度重视，

并从政策、

环境方面采取了多项有效措施来推动生物技 术与产业的发

展。

特别是改革开放二十多年来，

国家相继出台了重大科技计划，

把生物技术作为优先发展

的领域，

经过几十年的发展

我国的 生物技术产业飞速发展

,

总体水平已经在发展中国家处于

领先地位。目前生物技术在我国已广泛应用于农业、食品、医药、环保等重要领域

对提高

人类健康水平、

提 高农牧业和工业产量与质量发挥着越来越重要的作用，

我国还积极参与国

际生物计划，如人类基因组计划、人类脑计划、人类肝脏蛋白质组计划等。

有些 研究领域已

走在世界前列，

初步建立起较为完整的生物技术研发 体系，

生物产业也初具规模，

生物经济

初见端倪。

近年来，

我国的生物技术取得了很大的发展。

初步形成了医药生物技术、农业生

物技术、轻化工生物技术、海洋生物 技术等门类齐全的生物技术研究、开发、生产的体系；

取得了一批具有较高水平的生物技 术研究开发成果，开发出一批生物技术产品并投放市场。

只要我们坚持以生物技术为我们 的研究主要方向，

努力开发新的生物技术，

我国生物技术的发展现状：

经过几十 年的发展，我国已具备了坚实的生物技术基础。

在生物技术研发领域更是取得重要成果，

杂交水稻仍处于世界领先水平；

干细胞技术等也都接近或达到世界前沿水平。我国现有
