一、财务机构与会计人员
公司设财务
部，主要职责：管理好财务会计工作。主要人员如下：
（一）出纳
< br>主要负责现金、银行日记账的登记工作。具体可细分为：将每日
所发生票据进行整
理、汇总，并登记相关账簿；将收银员一天的收款
情况，做出具体的汇总。
不得兼管、会计档案保管和债权债务账目的登记工作。
（二）会计
每月依据出纳日累计票据

整理并做出一整套完整的帐套，
报表。
依据本月及以前月份收入、支出发生情况，做出下月预算。以达
到节约成本，实现收益最大化的目的。
财会人员都要认真
执行岗位责任制，
各司其职，互相配合，如实
反映和严格监督各

（二）借款事项
因公出差等原因，需要借款的职工，借款流程如下：

向财务领取借款单，填写相关事项。

将填好的单子报送主管审批。
3.
持审核批准的单子到出纳处领取款项。
4.
出差完毕报销流程同日常报销相同。
特别声明：
所有报销事项截至到当月月底，

（三）工资
为了确保工资的准确及时发放，现将规定如下：

因各种原因没有按时打卡者
，需说明情况，报经人事部审批。
