通知、通函、公告
通知、
通函、公告的作用基本一样，只是使用的场合、对象不尽相同。通知的对象可以
是一个也
可以是多个。
通函发给的对象至少几十个，
比如某银行乔迁新的
办公大楼，
其新地
址、电话、电传、传真等都必须提前通告所有
代理银行，就给他们发一份通函
(CIRCULAR
LETT
ER)
，而客户众多，就难以分别发函了，于是就在主要报纸上发一份迁址公告
(ANNOUNCEMENT)
，便于客户联系。此外，法院向银行或个
人发出的传票，也是一种特
别通知。这些都要求对方加以特别注意。
