OVERVIEW

Components homologated by Packaging
departments should ensure airtightness. However,
some appearance defects that are
difficult to spot (folds, rough edges, glazing of
the
bottle opening,
lumps on
the sealing skirts of caps...) and some
dimensional deviations
may lead to
risks of
leakage.

the
pressure inside the
chamber
to
a value between 250 and 200 mbar for
10 to 15 seconds (see diagram
below):
