存和发展的关键因素 ，

信息技术作为第三次产业革命的产物在加快沟

通和提高管理的 同时极大的提高了生产能力，

无疑成为企业竞争的关

键筹码，如 何卓有成效的进行信息化建设成为摆在企业面前的课题。

本文在借鉴国内外建筑企业成功 信息化建设经验的基础上对建筑工

程企业信息化建设着重探讨和分析。

企业信息化建设不外乎有两个方向电子商务系统和信息管< /p>

前者侧重于产品介绍，

后者侧重 于企业内部信息处理和经营

管理，

作为建筑企业主要从后者谈起 ，

配备 自动化、智能化、高技术的硬件、软件和设施，建立包括网络、

数据库和各类信息管理系 统在内的工作平台，

从而提高企业经营管理
