方派驻人员，主要完成该

台机组质保期后开始的商业运行期间
，共四年的服务工
作，工作形式为技术监督和指导，不负责检修维护的人员组织和材料备
件组织（除非甲
方另有要求）。
The
personnel
dispatched
from
our
party
should
mainly
finish
four
years’
service
for

units
during
business
operation
after
warrantee
period.
Service
forms
include
technology
supervision
and
instruction,
not
including
organizing
overhaul
&
maintenance
staffs
or
material spare parts (
Unless
The Owner has other requirement).
对于
4
年期内的大小修项目，
不包含在本服务范围内，
但可作为单独项目另行约定费
用及
工作内容。
Overhaul and minor
overhaul items in the four years are not included
in this service scope,
but they can be
agreed on fees and service content as an
independent
item
.
我方报价和工作内容暂时不包括备品备件、材料、生产消耗性材料的采购，若业主有

求，可另行约定费用及内容。
