东方红广场

东方红广场于
1966
年修建而成，当时湖南大学的学子们怀着对毛
主席的热爱，修建了这个广场，并由湖南大学美术系设计了这座毛
主席雕像。我
们从这儿可以看到，毛主席双手背在后面，右脚放前
面，正深情地凝望着这片他年青时熟
悉不过的土地。

岳麓山大门

mountain
岳麓山风景名胜
区系国家级重点风景名胜区，位于古城长沙湘江两
岸，岳麓山有许多著名的旅游景点，如
爱晚亭、麓山寺、云麓宫、
白鹤泉和飞来石等。这里又是许多老一辈无产阶级革命家早年
从事
革命活动的地方。

scenic area is well-known for its abundant scenic

addition, yuelu mountain is also an
important site where many
revolutionists ever met for the purpose
of discussing
important issues both at
home and abroad.

东大门北侧为社会车
辆停车场。游客服务中心像一道风景，完美地
将停车场掩盖起来。明年春节以后，所有到
岳麓山游玩的社会车辆，
统统都停靠在高达三层的停车场内。

cars .tourist service center is itself

的是岳麓书院。众所周知，岳麓书院是中国最古
老的书院之一

清各个朝代，迨及晚清

改为湖南高等学堂，相继改为湖南
高等师范学校，
1926
年定名湖南大学，历史已逾千年。由古

院到湖南大学，一脉相承，弦歌不绝，被当世学者誉为罕见的
“
千年
学府
”
。

thousand years without a break, so it
is called a “one

old academy”.

爱晚亭

pavilion
爱晚亭位于清风
峡上，建立于公元
1792
年。爱晚亭原名为红枫亭，
后人根据诗人杜牧的著名诗句将其更名为爱晚亭。这首诗估计大家
都耳熟
能详，其中最广为流传的一句是

停车坐爱枫林晚，霜叶红于<

”
。

黄兴墓
the tomb of huang
xing
岳麓山墓地随处可见，黄
兴墓便为其中知名墓地之一。黄兴，湖南
长沙县人，辛亥革命的先驱和领袖。
huang xing tomb is one of the
most famous tombs standing
on the yuelu
mountain.i guess many of you have heard some
stories about huang xing .well,huang
xing,born in changsha
county of hunan
province, is one of the pioneers and leaders
of the revolution of 1911.
它坐西向东，位于云麓峰以北，小月亮坪上方，麓山寺后，

白鹤泉
white crane

在湖南省长沙市麓山
寺在麓山寺观音阁外南侧，上山公路旁，白鹤
泉素有

麓山第一芳润
”
之称。
