Player: Any person playing

1. COURT AND COURT
EQUIPMENT

SHUTTLE

synthetic materials. From

material the shuttle is made, the flight
characteristics generally
shall be
similar to those produced by a natural feathered
shuttle with a cork
base covered by a
thin layer of leather.

use a full underhand stroke which makes
contact with the shuttle over the back

shall rule on any question of whether

in
the
playing

Badminton

specifications. Such ruling may be undertaken on
the
Federation’s
initiative
or
on
application

any
party
with
a
bona
fide
interest,
including any player, technical
official, equipment manufacturer or Member
Association or member thereof.
