Chinese
economy develops very fast in the last few
decades. When
people
have
enough
money
at
hand,
they
want
to
see
more
about
the
world,
so traveling broad is favored by a lot of people.
But the western
media
always
report
the
negative
image
of
Chinese
tourists,
such
as
speaking
very loudly in the public places, or throwing
rubbish away. This
image
is
very
classic
and
many
foreigners
believe
that
Chinese
tourists
are rude. In fact, the cultural
difference makes this happen. For instance,
in the west, people will put the dishes
to the right place before they leave,
while Chinese people will just walk
away. But in China, it is the waiters’
job to do it. What's more, the news
that is reported by the media tend to
be
bad,
so
as
to
catch
more
attention.
In
fact,
the
Chinese
young
generation behave themselves well in
the public place.

The Amazing
Trip
Last week, the teacher gave us a
task to write a paper about the old
China. I made up the group with another
three classmates. As we did not
have
much information, we decided to take a short trip
to visit the famous
museum.
It
took
us
two
hours
to
reach
the
city.
When
we
arrived
the
museum, we saw the big
statue of Deng Xiaoping, and his great image
made
us
admire
him
immediately.
There
were
so
many
statues
and
pictures of great persons, who fought
for the new China and made what
we
are
today.
Their
stories
were
so
touching.
When
facing
emergent
situation, they chose to sacrifice
themselves. After visiting the museum, I
learned a lot and had enough materials.
This trip was so amazing, I knew
what
we have today came not easy, so we needed to
cherish the life we
had.
上周，老师给了我们一个任务，写一篇关于旧中国的论文。我

外三个同学组成小组。
由于我们没有过多的信息，
我们决定进行短途

Every year,
when the Teachers' day comes, it is time for
students to
show
their
grateful
hearts.
Many
years
ago,
many
parents
asked
the
students
to give precious
presents or
asked
the teachers to have
dinner,
which made this special day critical. A
lot of teachers were under great
pressure. They just wanted the best
wishes instead of receiving presents.
So nowadays, we choose to
send cards or flowers, while some
students
will
text
message.
These
ways
to
show
gratefulness
are
simple
but
welcomed
by
the
teachers.
They
know
students'
attitudes
and
are
very
happy to be remembered.
Even though some teachers just teach us for a
short time, we are still grateful to
them and should give our wish on this
day.
Every
teacher
deserved
to
be
respected
and
they
are
the
great
persons
in the world.

Homework in Summer Vacation
In China,
when summer vacation comes, teachers will give
students
a lot of homework, just in
case students forget about the knowledge they
have learnt. I remembered that when
summer vacation ended, my mother
would
check my homework and then I realized that I
hadn't done it. So
the last few days
were always my busy day. While in western
countries,
holiday means to take relax
and the students will never have homework.
Foreign students will never understand
why homework is necessary in the
long
holiday. It is known to all that Asian people have
higher IQ generally,
because the way to
study is different. Asian students work much
harder
while western students trend to
learn in the easy way. As the saying that
no pain, no gain, the effect of
homework helps students get improved.

the

decades
Zhou

performs
in
TV
or
movies,
her
acting
is
mature day after day, bringing her lots
of awards. Now she has become

iconic
actresses
in
China.
Besides,
she
advocates
herself
in
philanthropy and environmental
protection. Zhou Xun calls on everyone

green and beautiful planet. I like her

An Unforgettable Thing
I
love English class so much, because learning
English can bring me
a bigger world. It
is the key for me to see more about the world.
This term,
our school has hired a
foreign teacher, which makes me so excited about
the English class and I cherish every
lesson. The foreign teacher’s name
is
Jane and she is from America. When Christmas came,
she gave us a
surprise.
She
brought
the
desserts
that
were
made
by
herself
to
us.
We
enjoyed her homemade food
and listened to the stories she told us about
the coming Christmas. It was a special
festival for me, which was the first
time
I
spent
this
day
with
foreign
friends.
I
knew
the
meaning
of
this
festival and the great atmosphere. It
is such an amazing moment and so
unforgettable for me.
