三、关于税费相关规定

If Party B satisfies the criteria of getting the mortgage loan through the examination of the lending bank, the

lending bank shall remit the loan in lump sum to the special settlement account opened by Party A at the bank in

accordance with the

In case Party B does not satisfy the criteria of getting the loan through the examination of the lending bank, Party
