Duties of two

甲方所需的采购业务应提交给乙方
详细的询价单，比如材质、尺寸、数量、品质等
具体要求，乙方须在

天内提供产品报价单给甲方

(2)
甲方直接下订单给乙方，<

由乙方全权负责从接单到出货服务。包括寻找甲方需要的
样品以及
物品，为甲方取样、验货、出货等事宜。
(3)
乙方应保证所采购产品的合法性以及保证产品符合订单的要求。
4.
货款的支付方式

6.
费用

7.
违约责任
