the personal information data sheet for filing,
the employee should report relevant
information accurately and to the best
of their knowledge. If, upon investigation, the

fails to disclose the facts truly, the company
will take relevant penalties

After the probation period, the immediate superior
will assess performance of the new
employee during probation period and

according to Labor Law, the probation period shall
not exceed six months.
Successful
completion of the probation period does not mean
that the employee's salary or other

2.8
劳动合同的解除和终止
Dissolution and
Termination of employment contract
若员工要在试用期结束后辞职,则须至少提前三十日向部门经理和人力资源部提交书面通知;试
用期
内辞职
,
须提前三日书面通知公司
。若员工未履行提前通知义务,须赔偿公司因此受到的损失。同样,
若公司拟在试用期结
束后依法解除与该员工的合同
(
除非出现员工手册中所说明的、
以及根据法律及法
规之规定所允许的立即解除劳动合同关系的情形
)
,
也须至少提前三十日书面通知该员工
(
或给予一个月
的工资以作抵偿
)
;若公司拟在试用期内解除与该员工的合同,须提前三日书面通知该员工。
If the employee wishes to resign
after the probation period, he/she shall submit a
written notice to the
department
manager and HR Dept. at least thirty days in
advance; if he/she wishes to resign during
the probation period, he/she shall
notify the company in writing three days in
advance. If the
employee fails to
fulfill the duty to inform in advance, he/she
shall compensate the company for
losses
thus incurred. Similarly, if the company intends
to terminate the contract with the employee
after the probation period according to
law (except for circumstances specified in the
Employee
Handbook and those specified
by laws and regulations that allow the immediate
termination of the
employment
contract), it must notify the employee in writing
at least thirty days in advance (or give
one month's wage for compensation). If
the company intends to terminate the contract with
the
employee, shall notify the employee
in writing three days in advance.

The above
provisions on leave shall be implemented as leave
application procedures. In the case of
unexpected circumstances, the employee
is required to try his/her best to notify the
department
manager by phone call within
48 hours, describing the event and predicting the
time to return to work,
and submit the
leave application form immediately after the end
of the event for leave approval
procedures.
