基本素质
3.2.1 Basic Qualities
3.2.1.1.
体能:身体健康,吃苦耐劳,有胜任本职工作的体能,能
承受一定工作压力,无传染疾病及其
他影响正常工作的疾病。
3.2.1.1 Physical ability: the employee
shall be physically healthy, physically suitable
for the job, and bear
work stress, and
be free of any infectious diseases or other
diseases that may affect regular work.
3.2.1.2.
品行:思想端正,品行良好,认同公司企业文化和经营理念,无不良嗜
好。
3.2.1.2 Behaviors: the
employee shall have upright way of thinking and
good behaviors, agree with corporate
culture and operation philosophy of the
Company, and be free of bad habits.
3.2
.1.3.
以上两点考评为合格或不合格,任一项不合格即予以淘汰,两项同时合格才能
进行以下考评。
3.2.1.3 Results of
the two contents aforementioned herein are
“qualified” or “disqualified”. Any employee
with one “disqualified” will be
eliminated, whereas, the one with two “qualified”
is permitted to have
