（一）理论部分

拳击应具备的身体素质。

术与战术：拳击基本姿势与基本步法；拳击基本拳法及防御技
术；拳击的一般战术及运用

．拳击竞赛的场地、器材、规则
和裁判：拳击比赛的场地、器材及体重
级别规定；拳击比赛的工作人员职责及拳击比赛的
裁判。

撤步及各步
法变换。

．拳击基本拳法及组合拳

法组成的组合拳。

．拳击防御技术：闪躲法、摇避法、潜避法、转让法、阻挠法

．考核内容包括技术与实战两个部分，不进行理论考核。其中，技术考
