机的运行、检查、维护、检修要求大部分是针对磨煤 机易出问题的环节和总结现场出现的问题


而提出的,所以下面提出的要求,用户在使用过 程中请务必遵守:

Generally


speaking,


the


following regulations shall be observed during operation, inspection and maintenance.


①磨煤机运行应严格按照运行要求,不能违章操作。




As


for


operation


of


the


mill,


the


stipulation


about


installation,


commissioning


and


maintenance shall be followed.



②必须保证一次风量,一次风量的测量 装置要定期标定,这对磨煤机运行极为重要。




The sufficient primary air is essential to the steady operation. Therefore the measurement of


the hot primary air shall be updated regularly.


③定期对磨煤机检查、维 护,绝不允许连续数千小时不停磨、不检查、不间断地运行。




As to the maintenance of the mill, the routine inspection shall be performed.


④一次风入口隔绝门至关重要,没有严密的隔绝门就无法进入磨 内检查、维护和检修。




It is important that isolating values will be installed at the inlet of hot primary air .


⑤出粉管上要有隔绝门。




The isolating values shall be operation, which installed at the outlet of coal powder.


⑥必须为检查、维护、检修工作创造必要的条件。




It is important that suppling condition to check, maintenance and repaire.


⑦应配置单独的密封风系统,不要直接采用冷一次风作为密封风。< /p>




Regarding the sealing air system, the independent sealing air system shall be equipped. The


hot primary air shall not be used as sealing air.

2. Grinding principle of the ZGM mill


ZGM mill is a vertical mill with three grinding rollers and one grinding track. A grinding table


rotates round a vertical axis in driven by a planetary gearbox. The three grinding rollers, mounted in


fixed position, are passed down on the table under hydraulic loading. Raw coal enters through the


center


of


the


mill


and


is


deposited


on


the


grinding


table.


Centrifugal


force


feeds


the


coal


radially


outward where it is ground between the roller tyres and grinding track.



The


grinding


force,


is


statically


determined


by


three


grinding


rollers,


which


is


generated


by


hydraulic


loading.


The


transfer


loop


diagram


of


grinding


force


is


shown


in


Fig1-1.


It


starts


from


loading, to grinding rollers, grinding track, towards the foundation.



The


pulverized


coal


is


flowed


by


centrifuged


force


into


the


zone


over


the


nozzle


ring


surrounding the table, where the coal particles are swept upwards by the stream of hot primary air


into the classifier.


The intimate contact with the hot primary air causes the moisture


contaminated in the coal to


evaporate spontaneously. The oversize particles rejected by the classifier fall back onto the grinding


table


for


further


grinding.


The


fine


particles,


i.e.


finished


product,


are


carried


out


of


the


classifier


with the air.

Pyrites and tramp iron that cannot be carried upward by the primary air drop down through the


ring and into the primary air plenum chamber. Revolving scraper blades attached to the bottom of the


grinding table push this foreign material outward to an external disposal system(Fig1-2).

力矩。 减速机还同时承受因上部重量和碾磨加载力所造成的水平与垂直负荷。







为减速机配套的润滑油站用来过滤、


冷却减速机内的齿轮油,


以确保减速机内部件的良好


润滑状态。







配套的高压油泵站在运行时通过加载油缸对磨煤机进行加载和升降磨辊。


通常一台磨配有一台密封风机,也可几台磨

机传动盘处、机壳拉杆密封处和磨辊处的密封。如果采用旋转分离器,则旋转分离器处需要密


封风。



维修磨煤机时,在电动机的尾部连接盘车装置。

motor.


The torque of


grinding


table is drived by the vertical bevel-planetary gearbox which also stands the horizontal and vertical


load caused by upper parts weight and grinding load.


The lubrications unit of the gearbox is used filtrating/cooling the oil inside the gearbox. In order to


insure a good lubricant condition for the subassemblies inside gearbox.


The hydraulic unit provide grinding load

. Sealing air was used for sealing at grinding table carrier/pivoting


bearing of tie rod /rollers. If the rotary classifier is equiped, the rotary classifier needs some sealing

When mill is needed for maintenance, the turning gear should be connected to mill motor tail.

栓盒和地脚螺栓等。各台板调整固定后,二次灌浆时埋入基础 。齿轮箱基础台板、电动机基础


台板、拉杆台板,通过地脚螺栓固定在基础中,盘车装置 台板通过地锚固定在基础中。稀油润


滑站和高压油站通过膨胀螺栓固定在基础上。



3. Functional description of the subassemblies


3.1 Foundation anchoring parts

Foundation anchoring parts include the gearbox plate/the motor plate/the anchoring boxes/the


tension rods seat/the turning gear. Anchoring boxes for fastening of gearbox plate, and motor frame


have been aligned prior to concrete work and connected positively to the reinforcement resp. to the


foundation plate.

3.4 Gearbox



The vertical mill drive is a bevel gear planetary gear unit with triple power transmission path for


driving a vertical mill. The power is transferred through gearbox from motor to Grinding table carrier.


High axial forces are generated during the milling process have to be lead into the foundation via the


gear unit housing. If more information required, please consult the instruction book of gearbox.

Reject box includes hydraulic (pneumatic) door and rejected box body.


The hydraulic (pneumatic) door can isolate hot air room and reject box. The pressure of springs


inside

door

door.


The


sealing


between


the


hydraulic (pneumatic) door and cylinders uses a filling graphite box. There are location indicators on


the


hydraulic


(pneumatic)


door.


If


there


are


two


hydraulic


(pneumatic)


doors,


they


should


be


interlocking operated.




Caution:


The


relational


regulation


and


the


safety


rules


must


be


observed


in


operation


of


the


hydraulic


(pneumatic)


door.


Only


the


hydraulic


(pneumatic)


door


is


closed,


the


hand


door


can


be


permitted to open, otherwise the hot air will be released. On the other hand, only the hand door is


closed, the hydraulic (pneumatic) door can be permitted to open.






If


the


coal

runs


in


negative


pressure


circumstance,the

door


is


cancelled.

The whole base sealing equipment will be installed on the top board of the mill base. The graphite


ring consists of 20 segments, which are encircled with a spring, and form a floating seal. The life of


the graphite seal ring is long and it has a good sealing effect. It can be compensated itself. And its


replacement and maintenance is easy.



Because the mill is running on the positive pressure, for the reliable sealing effect, the pressure


of the sealing air must be higher than hot air,

gearbox with 16 M36 bolts, transfers the torque. Grinding table turns driven by the grinding table

Two scrapers for the waste are screwed to the Grinding table carrier, running with the grinding


table carrier. The normal clearance between the scraper to the bottom of hot air house is 6~10 mm.

need, it must be changed. There is a butterfly valve for adjusting the volume of seal air.

为防止磨煤机内煤粉自燃或爆炸,在 操作运行中必须严格遵守有关操作规程和说明。

磨煤机检修时,必须要有挂牌制度,必须停磨并关闭磨煤机入口 和出口阀门。检修过


程中要严禁电动机合闸,要严防危及人身安全的事故因素发生。

-regulation of the hot air quantity, at


first increase the hot air, then increase the coal during increasing the throughout that be


manually adjusted by the operating personal. In order to prevent the adjustment is too fast or


the waste material is too much and even the coals is jammed, must decrease the coal at first,


then hot air during decreasing the throughout.

事故预防说明



在磨煤机进行操作、检 查及修理工作时,应遵守相应安全规则。不允许将任何安全保护装


置和电气联锁装置、防 爆装置等随意切断,使其完全或部分失去作用。对磨煤机进行维修时,


必须注意以下几点 :



a.


切断主传动电动机电源



b.


关闭一次风入口门



c.


关闭分离器出粉管道上的阀门

d.


关闭磨煤机和给煤机防爆消防气体通入管道上的阀门



e.


给煤机及给料机不得开动;



1.1 Indication for the prevention of accidents:


As start-up, operation, putting out of operation, and repairs of the grinding and firing plant, the


applicable safety regulations for pulverized coal furnaces have to be observed. It is not permitted to


disconnect,


bridge


or


put


otherwise


out


of


function


any


safety


device,


such


as


electric


interlocking


chains and flame monitoring. Take special care of the following operating instructions:


a. Drive motors cannot be switched on;


b. The primary air path before mill is closed;


c. The pulverized coal lines to the burner are shut off;


d. The hand shut- off valves for mill and/or feeder inerting gas are closed;


e. The coal feeder cannot be switched on.

操作注意事项



a.

< br>辊套、衬板不能接触火焰、电焊,其本身温度不能升降过快。磨煤机内部降温只能自然

冷却,任何加速磨煤机内部降温的措施如用水,冷风吹都绝不允许。辊套、衬板的温升


要求见磨辊拆装说明。



b.


为了便 于安装和将来拆卸,所有螺栓、螺钉的螺纹处都必须抹二硫化钼。拧入时不能别

c.


进行焊接作业时应采 取等电位保护措施,防止磨辊、减速机、油缸、关节轴承等关键部

概述



为获得磨煤机的高度可靠性和良 好的使用性,必须根据运行计划使磨煤机有一定的停歇时


间,并且要根据运行计划对其部 件做必要的修理和更换,以保持磨煤机良好的操作运行状态,


因此对于维修工作,我们建 议应采取预防性的维护保养措施,而不是在绝对需要时才进行修理


或更换,从而达到较高 的可靠性,以避免无谓的停机。磨煤机正常的维护保养主要分为磨煤机


内部检查和磨煤机 外部检查。



2.1 General:

2.2.1 Pay attention to the safety rules for pulverized coal furnace prior to opening the mill door. Pay



attention to the risk of deflagration at warm mill.

对磨煤机内部进行清理工作,检查磨内(碾磨腔、 一次风室、分离器)是否有安装工具、



粗大物体、布块杂物、 纤维或其它杂物,如有应消除。检查旋转喷嘴部位与粗粉导流环之间是

际 操作时,建议在第一次换油时间,通过对润滑油成份的逐项分析、粘度检验、测量油的综合


指标,并在运行期间选择较短的时间间隔来检验润滑油的杂质并观察油质情况。



2.2.3 Oil change at the grinding rollers


The oil change is made with mill being put out of operation and according to the enclosed list of


lubricants (see list 2). The oil changing periods stated in the list of lubricants are approximate values.


It is recommended to observe change of the oil quality during the first operating period by successive


oil analyses, by checking the viscosity, by measuring the neutralization index, and by checking the


lubricant for impurities to choose shorter intervals between the oil change, if required.


2.2.3.1


旧油的排放



旧油排放是通过固定在朝向磨煤机中心侧的磨辊辊芯上的三个螺塞中的一个进行的。排放


旧油时,应将圆柱滚子轴承及双列调心滚子轴承内的旧油同时排出。请务必不要拆卸封闭的轴

2.2.3.1 The draining of the used oil is made through one of three screw plugs attached to the grinding



roller hub towards the internal mill place; during this, not only the space of the cylindrical roller



bearing but also that the spherical roller bearing are drained. Do not remove the closed bearing cover



to drain the grinding roller hub in any case. Prior to the draining, set chosen drain plug by means of



the barring gear to its lowermost position. Collect the used oil in suitable tanks. After draining,



retighten drain plug and secure it by a sheet metal detent against loosening.

⑩重复上述操作将另外两个磨辊注满油



2.2.3.2 Refilling of fresh oil in the following order



Open the inspection cover of mill casing .



Remove cover of probe protection box.



Remove the drain plug of the bore for the oil dip rod at the grinding roller shaft;



In order to increase the flow properties of the fresh oil to be filled in, it is expedient to heat it


up to approx.50


0


C (according to the recommendations of the oil supplier).



The fresh oil is filled in from outside by means of a corresponding device (funnel, hand pump)


connected through the inspection cover opening to the oil dip rod bore at the grinding roller


shaft. Take care of good ventilation (clean ventilation filter, if required).



The oil volume to be filled in is monitored by the aid of the oil dip rod and/or the measuring


probe (The max. oil volume is to be filled in ).



Retighten drain plug of oil dip rod bore after removal of oil dip rod.




Install cover of probe protection box together with seal.



Close inspection cover tightly.



Repeat this filling procedure for the two other grinding rollers



2.2.4


碾磨件的检查



磨辊辊套和磨环衬板的 工作表面因碾磨作业会产生磨损,这种磨损使辊套和磨环衬板的外


形改变。因此,在磨煤 机停机时应对其磨损情况进行检查。磨环衬板磨损情况的测量应在整个

注意事项


:碾磨件更新后,经短时间运行后,必须对磨环上的所有紧固螺栓进行检查,必


要时应重新拧紧。

: The material of grinding roller tyres and segments is the nickel chromium alloy casting.

2.2.5 Guide devices


At each mill inspection the thickness of the thrust wear plates has to be measured and recorded.


In course of time, the clearance at the tangential support between the thrust wear plates at the guide


devices may increase. This can result in an unbalanced running of the mill. The thrust wear plates at


the casing have to be lined with suitable sheets of adequate thickness at the latest, when the clearance


has increased to 8mm. The lining sheets are to be designed in a way that they can be pushed from one


side under the thrust wear plates subsequent to loosening the fastening screws. The thrust wear plates


have to be replaced, if a stepped wearing condition should occur at them which could restrict the free


movement of the loading frame.

量的增加是 正常现象。由于一次风室没有储存石子煤的能力,因此不允许磨煤机在不排渣的情

2.2.8 Reject Box

by changing the nozzle cross sections. In the beginning or putting out of operation the increase of the

随之上升一定距 离,将标尺的“煤层厚度”滑块的中心刻度对准圆环尖角,便可看出磨内煤层
