validity expires and insert

to this expiry date, the Employer may
by written notice request the Tenderer
to extend the validity period. The Tenderer may
refuse the
request, but shall not
modify his Tender other than by extending its
validity.

and comparison of

award of
a

shall not
be
disclosed,
other
than to those
officially concerned with such processes. Any

Employer in these process may result in
the rejection of the

of
the
Tenders
shall

upon

No change in the price
or substance of the Tender shall be sought,
offered or permitted except as
required
to
confirm
the
correction
of
arithmetic
errors
discovered
by
the
Employer
during
the
evaluation of the
Tenders.
