Corporation
Limited

Anhui
Province
Drawing
on

Government
Loans

and
has
accepted
from
the
Contractor
the
tender
for
carrying
out
and
completing
these
projects,
and
remedying the defects, this agreement
is signed as follows:

The wording
and sentences in this agreement share the same
meanings with those respectively
defined in the involved terms of the
contracts.
2. This
agreement is composed of the following documents,
for reading and interpretation. They are

addenda,
(d) The second part of the
terms of the
contract

3. Since the Proprietor
should pay the Contractor according to the
following term, the Contractor
should
make an agreement with the Proprietor,
guaranteeing that in all aspects, it must carry
out and
complete
the
project,
and
remedy
any
defect
of
the
project,
in
accordance
with
the
terms
of
the
agreement.
4.
The
Proprietor
hereby
covenants
to
pay
the
Contractor
in
consideration
of
the
execution
and
completion
of
the
project
and
the
remedying
of
any
defect
therein
the
Contract
Price
(
RMB
42201727.13
) or such other
sum as may become payable, within the time and in
the way stipulated in
the contract.
In witness whereof, this
agreement shall be stamped with the official seals
of both parties (or
