service is prohibited from charging seafarers for providing


employment, including deposit and guaranty fund, other than the cost of the seafarer obtaining a national statutory


medical certificate, a passport, or other personal travel documents, or other statutory costs. The cost of visas shall


be borne by the shipowner.

result of the failure of the services or the relevant shipowner under the seafarers

working hours are comprehensively calculated with weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis as a period, subject


to the precondition that the average working hours of one day or one week must be approximately the same as the


statutory standard working hours. The working hour system of comprehensive calculation adopt measures to work

a


concentrated


period


of


time,


to


rest


for


a


concentrated


period


of


time,


or


to


take


off


by


turns,


so


as


to


guarantee the health of the seafarers, and the fulfillment of their tasks of production and work.
