经高温高压水解水热氧化釜在温度

并使有机物中的大分子链断成易于农作物吸收的
小分子链,
由于有机物在高温高压反应过程中,
产生了大量的糖分和腐殖酸,

以该肥料养分充足,
是绿色食品的必用肥料。<

根据市场需求,
配入其它养分即可
生产出
各种高效有机无机复混生态农作物专用肥。
以有机物为主的垃
圾,经过

个小时左右的“水解”处理后,其中,
95%
以上的
有机垃圾在水解喷爆过程中被膨化成棕
褐色粉末,
降解为有益于农作物生长的优
质有机肥,然后经过烘
干、筛分,把有机质粉末与其它未降解物彻底分离。该工
序能将不可降解的无机物与有机
物彻底分选开来,所以也叫“热选”
。该工序所
需热能来自焚烧
系统的余热锅炉,
能源循环利用,
以垃圾处理垃圾,
大大地降低
了垃圾处理成本。高温高压水解水热氧化技术的作用:

加速糖类、腐殖酸的转换,提高有机肥的质量。

garbage

三、不可回收类可燃物焚烧、余热利用系统
< br>经综合风选机分选出来的高热值可燃物,如竹木制品、硬质塑料、废橡胶、破衣
物
及其它可燃物,
具有不可回收、
但热值很高的特点,
此类垃圾配入能抑制和吸
附氯化物、
防止二恶英产
生的添加剂和粘接剂,
按一定比例混合,
进入焚烧炉焚
烧。由于添加剂对可燃物燃烧过程中产生的
Hce
气体有特殊的吸附作用,所以,
有效地抑制了
“二恶英”

一类有害气体的产生。
焚烧炉产生的热能供给余热锅炉,
余热锅炉产生的过热蒸气供给本厂水解水热氧化制肥车间,
多余热能或发电
或给
居民集中供热或给酒店、宾馆、洗浴中心供热水。
该焚烧炉为立式富氧焚烧炉,
可燃物进料自上而下,
< br>焚烧炉火焰自下而上,
可燃
物与火焰逆向而行,
边焚烧边烘干,
加之内部出渣炉箅为塔形旋转结构,
所以焚
烧彻底,无需加煤或喷油。由于前分选分类比较彻底,很少有塑料焚烧,所以
很
少产生有害气体,大大节约了废气处理成本,为其它焚烧炉的五分之一。

slag is the rotating tower structure, so it can
completely burn without adding coal or
fuel. For the thorough sorting
classification
of
the
former,
there
is
little
plastic
to
burn,
and
generate
little
harm
gas,
which
significantly
saves
the
cost
of
waste
gas
treatment, only one-fifth of other
incinerators.

四、无机物制造建筑材料系统

经综合风选机分选出来的无机物类垃圾、
可燃物类垃圾在焚烧过程中
产生的炉渣
用于制砖。由于炉渣是通过高温焚烧形成的产物,一方面自身具有一定的强度

相当于

另一方面高温焚烧彻底,
无污染,

《危险废物鉴别标准—浸出毒性鉴别》

。本套系统产生的无机物垃圾、炉渣可以
