demonstration for freedom in the history of our
nation.
Five
score
years
ago,
a
great
American,
in
whose
symbolic
shadow
we stand today,
signed the Emancipation Proclamation.

check which has come back marked

discontent

invigorating autumn of freedom and
equality.
