施，防止学校安全事故发生。二要抓紧部署贯彻落实日前召开的全国中小学安全工作视频会
精神，切实加强学校门卫防范工作，严格落实外来人员准入登记制度，防止来历不明人员进
入校内，发现异常情况，要迅速处置。三要配合公安机关迅速落实校园安全防范各项工作。
< br>目前，各地公安机关已经针对学校安全工作部署开展有关工作，各地教育行政部门要密切配
合，共同建设好中小学安全防控体系。四要切实树立“安全第一，预防为主”的理念，制定
专门应急预案，严格执行值班和信息通报制度，妥善处置与师生切身利益的问题，落实安全
工作责任制和责任追究制，切实维护中小学校安全稳定。
