培养具有扎实的植物保护专业基本知识和实践技能，掌握现代农业和生物科学技术，了解植物

保护学科前沿，具有创新意识和能力，能在农业、园林、食品及其相关部门或单位从事植 物保护政

策法规、教学、科学研究、开发推广、经营管理等方面工作，有良好的专业素养 、研究潜能、创新

精神和实践技能的复合型人才。

The Plant Protection aims at cultivating students with solid professional knowledge and good practical

skills.

The

graduates

of

this

major

are

required

to

master

technologies

of

contemporary

agricultural

and

biological sciences, to understand the current development trends of Plant Protection, to obtain innovative

capacity, and to be able to engage in education, research, extension, production development, management

and

other

work

in

the

relevant

areas

of

agriculture,

horticulture

and

food

sciences.
