many thanks for prompt reply, it is really nice to cooperate such

professional nice way, You are right that the pots should fit to our

plants however it would be the best if you can send us the sample to

try it. (I know that you have showroom in Holland so pls let me know

if you can deliver sample to Aalsmeer, we have truck loading the

goods at our Agent located at the market in Aalsmeer tomorrow 27.05

and on Friday 30.05 so we can arrange passing the sample via our

agent)

I also need information what is packing of each product to 40ft

container.

Also I think that you have good experience in organizing shipment to

EUROPE and choosing the right Ocean Lines so pls give me the

transport and insurance costs for 40ft container from XIAMEN to

Rotterdam, (or just

CIF Rotterdam price). We will take

responsibility for organizing custom clearance in Rotterdam and

delivery to Poland.

and price are same as ID 39980.

As we have told you in before email we can do different size of pot

by customers' request. That would be much appreciated if you can let

us know the detail size of you 9cm pot, the size of top and bottom

diameter and high. Then we can check again if 44201and 44202 can fit

your pot.

Vera the big project which we have for more than 50.000

unfortunately haven't come to the realization However we want to

order one 40ft container , pots 39978 and 39980, we only think about

proportion, if we take 10.000 of pots 39980 how many 39978 we can

add to 40ft container?

Pls advise till what time should I send the order to have the pots

in Rotterdam middle of November?

We are also looking for cheap and nice occasional packing for

flowering pot plants for Valentine and Women days.: it can be

plastic bag or yuta bag with foil inner or

grinded from straw with foil inner , ( the price not higher than USD

0,30 CIF Rotterdam).

Quantity of 150.000 pcs for one collection We would like to pack

plants in production pot 10,5 cm so the enclosed example has the

sizes:

1. yuta bag: bottom 12x12, 11cm high

2. straw pot bottom 9-10cm, top 12 xm, highness 10-11 cm Awaiting

If the pot need arrived to Rotterdam at middle of Noverber, you

should place the order no later than 30th,July. Below is the time

schedule for you reference.

1. sample: need about 10 days to confirm sample. As this is the

first time we cooperation, we need to check samples with you again.

So after you confirm the order, pls send your plastic pot to us. We

will do new sample to fit your pot.

2. Production:

need 55 days for our factory to produce.

3. Shipping:

30 days for shipping from Xiamen to Rotterdam.

About the straw pot that you inquiry, we have contact with our

cooperation factory this afternoo,

have this or not. We will reply you later.

we have decided for first 40ft containers of pots from you,

combination as per attached file ( we changed 39980 for 39984 pls

check if packing and quantity remained the same).

Prices CIF Rotterdam:

$$0.67 for 39978

$$1.00 for 39984

Payment : our standard payment for pots to German, Italian and Dutch

suppliers is telegraphic transfer, 60 days after delivery- pls

consider what payment terms are acceptable for you

Delivery: goods should arrive to Rotterdam middle of November 2008(

12-20.11.2008) Awaiting y/confirmation of a.m. terms and awaiting

y/further instruction about trial production according to requested

size.

Term of payment: As this is our first order, we would like to do

T/T(telegraphic transfer), 30% deposit, balance after the receipt of

Sample: In order to avoid any mistake, we will making one set of

samples for you approve before we start produce. It’s import for you

to send us some pcs of your plastic pot which will use to fit in our

Generally I agree however pls reconsider following points of the

contract:

7. Terms of payment: TT; 30% deposit after presentation to us sample

of pots from trial production size fit to our production pot

35% after reception of

shipping documents by fax or e-mail

35% after arrival to goods to

our place in Poland 9. Arbitration: Any disputes arising from or in

connection with this contract shall be submitted to ICC

International Court of Arbitration in accordance with its existing

rules of arbitration. The arbitral award will be final and binding

upon both parties.

For payment, I'm so sorry, I have try my best to persuade our

general manager,but he still disagree with your payment terms. As

this is our first time cooperation. ***, can you accept our payment

terms for this order. After we set up good cooperation relationship,

we will change payment terms in next order.
