第一条：服务范围

Chapter One

Content of the Service

根据本 协议，甲方委托乙方，乙方接受甲方的委托，为甲方提供

第二条

：服务的时间与场所

乙方同意指派律师到甲方的办公场所或乙 方的办公场所或双方约

定的市内其它场所提供本协议第一条所规定的各项法律服务。双< /p>

方可根据需要对前述人员安排、服务时间及服务方式进行确认或

律师费

1.1 Payments for lawyers

律师费是对律师办理委托事宜所支付的劳动报酬。本协议项下 的

律师费由常年律师费和专项律师费构成，其计费的方式如下：

the

fee

that

would

be

paid

according to lawyers’ work. Within this range, it is divided

into annual fee and specific fees.

甲方按照本协议的规定应向乙方交纳常年律师费共计

item 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8

Party

A

has

an

extremely

big

requirement

and

it

makes

Party B provide much more work than expectation (i.e. 300

working hours per year), Party A shall pay extra fees rather

than annual fee for the sake of fairness and kindness. Charge

criterion for the extra part will be

will prepare a clear list of detailed working hours as a proof.

When Party B works on Chapter One Item 4,5 and 6,

Party A and Party B need to sign extra contract on the specific

project.

Those

fees

would

be

charge

based

on

related

guidance

from

Tianjin

Municipal

Government,

and

Party

B

will give Party A an extra discount.

律师活动费

1.2Activity Fees

律师活动费是指律师因办理委托事宜而实际发生的必要交通费、

餐费、住宿费、及其他费用（该类费用 事先征得甲方认可）

。律师活

动费应由甲方完全负担。

Activity

activities

course

of

B’s

activity fees cover necessary traffic fees, meals, lodgings and

other

possible

fees.

bear

activity

fees

but

will

for

A’s

approval

before

each

fee

occurs.

在甲方有下列行为之一时，可以拒绝接 受或随时终止委托：

甲方委托的事项属于违法活动；

(a)

Party A’s activities have broken laws.

b

）甲方利用或欲利用乙方提供的服务从事违法活动；

(b)

Party

A

has

the

behavior

or

intention

to

take

the

advantage of Party B’s service to do illegal conducts.

（

c

）甲方提供虚假材料或对乙方隐瞒事实；

(c) Party A provides false materials or omits important facts.

（

d

）甲方拒绝向乙方提供合理的配合和协助 ，致使乙方无法提供本

协议项下

的法律服务；

(d) Party A refuses to provide Party B necessary assistance

and it causes Party B unable to proceed the services.

（

e

）甲方未按期支付本协议项下的服 务费用，经乙方催告后，在五

日内仍未支付该笔费用。

(e)Party A fails to pay all possible fees, and, does not make

payments 5 days after Party B’s notice or reminde

r.
