高考英语夹叙夹议完形填空解题技巧点拨
自从
2004
年许多省市单独命题以来,高考的完形填空题明显呈现
以
下几个显著特点:
1
.短文多选材于英美国家近期报刊杂志上原汁原味的文章,语言地
道,文章具有知识性、教育性,一般采用记叙文和议论文,但更多的还
是
夹叙夹议的文章。
2
.短文词数略有增加,难度系数逐年加大,生词量增多。
3
.以逻辑选择填空为主,语法选择
填空极少,而词义搭配或短语辨
析题增多。
4.
以单词填空为主,词组和短语填空为辅。
一、
夹叙夹议文体的特点
夹叙夹议文体就是一方面叙述某一事情,一方面又对此事加以分析
与评论。这
种表达方式中的叙与议是一个有机的整体,“叙”是“议”
的基础,
即议论不能脱离记叙,
必须在记叙的基础上展开;
“议”<
/p>
是
“叙”
的渗透,即议论在记叙的基础上
发展,且有一定的深度与广度。二者水
乳交融,互为一体。
这种文体的语言既有记叙文的特点:借助叙述、描写、抒情等
手段
记叙社会生活中的人、事、景、物的情态及其发展过程,用以表现作者
思想,抒发作者情感;时态以一般过去时为主,其他时态为辅;广泛使
用动态
动词;适当运用直接引语。同时又具有议论文的语言个性:语言
自然、客观、准确,逻辑
性强,且具有概括性。在遣词造句方面多使用
虚拟语气、让步状语从句和
can, may, might, could, would,
should
等情态动词。
二、
方法突破
同学们在解答夹叙夹议文体的完形填空时,首先要读懂第一节,尤
其是文章的第一句话,
这样就可以迅速找到全文的主旨大意。
其次要跟
着作者的思路读
全文,思维要有灵活性,要随着记叙与议论的转换,及
时调整思维方式。答题时必须要遵
循“整体—部分—整体”的步骤,具
体可分为以下三步:

综合考虑,逐项填空。

复读检验,以防疏漏。
