．服务内容
根据客户要求派遣工程师，对合同号

机及其它设备进行安装。
卖方同意派遣有经验的工程师到买方的工厂进行指导安装、试机和培训服务。全部
时间为

天。相关费用由买方承担，如往返机票、工程师的费用、保
险等
。另
外，安装期间，买方应向卖
方的工程师提供食宿。安装过程中所需要的翻译由买方
负责安排。

1. Service Content

agrees to send an experienced
engineer

take the installation, commissioning and training
services. The whole period will be
30days. And the relative costs, such as round way
air
tickets, engineer’s salary,
insurance, etc will be borne by the buyer. In

provide the accommodation for the seller’s
engineer during the stay in the buyer’s
factory. The installation translator
need to be arranged by Buyer.

banking charges and taxes incurred in the Buyer’s
country for the execution of the
Contract shall be borne by the Buyer
and the banking charges and taxes incurred inside
the
Seller’s Country shall be borne by
the Seller.
The buyer covers the bank
charge for the
transfer; the bank
charge at the seller’s side is borne by the
seller.
