胶州经济技术开发区是青岛市两个国家级开发区之一，

地处胶州沿海区域 ，腹地辽阔，总面积

Jiaozhou Economic and Technological Development Zone,

one of the two nation-level development zones of Qingdao City,

located

in

Jiaozhou

coastal

area

with

the

vast

hinterland,

covering a total area of 697.7 square kilometers, is divided into

the starting area, the core area and the expansion area. Endowed

with

km

coastline

and

well-preserved

ecological

wetland

environment,

as

well

as

a

wealth

of

ecological

and

landscape

resources,

it

was

upgraded

as

a

national- level

economic

and

technological development zone in December 2012.

主要 依托原环胶州湾高速公路以南产

全国汽车整车及零配件、

游艇、

酒水进出口总部中心。

目前，

传化公路港、普洛斯物流和加多宝凉茶项目已落户该区域。

on

the Phase II of Industry New Zone, which is located in the south

of

the

former

Jiaozhou

Bay

Expressway,

comprehensive

logistics

bonded

logistics

project,

to

build

a

headquarter

center for automobile and spare parts, yachts, wine import and

export. Currently, Transfar Road port, GLP and JDB herbal tea

projects have been settled in this area.

主要依托产业新区一期 区

域，充分发挥我市船用锅炉、船艇、冷链集装箱、海洋电力

装 备企业形成的产业基础优势，重点在海洋装备产业突破一

批重大共性关键技术和核心技术 ，以蓝色高端产业技术为引

领，大力发展精密机械、家电电子、高新技术、节能环保等< /p>

产业。目前，中集冷链产业园项目已落户该区域。

键技术，积极引进与先进制造业相 关的科研院所、高等院校

设立研发机构、孵化器、中试基地，为企业发展提供系统集

成技术、先进工艺、智能控制等支持，补充完善企业技术链

条，实现 创新资源优化配置，建设区域性科技创新体系。

主要依托产业新区蓝色高端制造业智 慧谷

和优势产业示范区，充分利用科研院所、工程研究中心、企

业研发机构等国家工程研究中心、重点实验室以及各类科技

创新平台的研发成果，推进科 技成果产业化，引领先进制造

业与科技服务业互动发展。目前，西安交大青岛研究院已落

户该区域。

生态湿地修复示范区

总面积

主要包括胶

州湾部分浅海区域、大沽河入海口的海域滩涂和部分陆域，

是河口海湾型原始生态系统的 代表。根据国家湿地保护工程

的有关要求，于

2013-201 5

年建设胶州湾（胶州段）湿地保

护与恢复工程项目，并将项目区划分为核心区、缓冲区、实

验区 ，分别开展保护管理。
