简单加工处理,制成的成品粮及其初制品,具体包括大米、蒸谷米。
《范围》规定的稻米初加工产品还包括稻糠(砻糠、米
糠和统糠)

玉米初加工。通过对玉米籽粒进
行清理、浸泡、粉碎、分离、脱水、干燥、分级、包
装等简单加工处理,生产的玉米粉、
玉米碴、玉米片等;鲜嫩玉米经筛选、脱皮、洗涤、速
冻、分级、包装等简单加工处理,
生产的鲜食玉米(速冻粘玉米、甜玉米、花色玉米、玉米
籽粒)
。

薯类初加工。
通过对马铃薯、
甘薯等薯
类进行清洗、
去皮、
磋磨、
切制、
