装船通知
单据名称
主要体现为：

通知内容
主要包括所发运货物的合同号或信用证号、品名、数量、金额、运
输工具名称、开航日期、启运地和目的地、提运单号码、运输标志
等，并且与其它相关
单据保持一致，如信用证提出具体项目要求，
应严格按规定出单。此外通知中还可能出现
包装说明、

注意事项

交易条件下拍发装运通知的必要性。因货物运输和保险分
别由不同
的当事人操作，所以受益人有义务向申请人对货物装运情
况给予及时、充分的通知，以便
进口商保险，否则如漏发通知，则
货物越过船舷后的风险仍由受益人承担。

内容：
装
船通知也叫装运通知，主要指的是出口商在货物装船后发给进口
方的包括货物详细装运情
况的通知，其目的在于让进口商做好筹措
资金、付款和接货的准备，如成交条件为
fob/fca
、
cfr/cpt
等还需要
向进口国保险公司发出该通知以便其为进口商办理货物保险手续，
出口装船通知应按合同或信用证规定的时间发出，该通知副本
（
copy of telex/fax
）常作为向银行交单议付
的单据之一；在进口方
派船接货的交易条件下，进口商为了使船、货衔接得当也会向出口
方发出有关通知；通知以英文制作，无统一格式，内容一定要符合
信用证的规定，一般只提供一份。
一、装船通知的主要内容及其缮制

单据名称。主要体现为：
