3. Due to its own reasons, the entrusting party authorizes the entrusted party to

apply for the trial use of Databank and sign a contract with your Company on behalf

of the entrusting party. The entrusted party agrees to accept such authorization.

代理委托人开设数据银行产品账号并试用数据银行产品；

Act on behalf of the entrusting party to open a Databank account and try

using Databank.

如需使用其他店铺数据，代理委托人向该等店铺申请数据授权，并签

署《数据申请承诺函》

If the data of other stores is required, act on behalf of the entrusting party to

apply to such stores for data authorization and sign a Letter of Commitment for Data

Application.

关于保密义务的承诺

务。
