六、甲方义务
6.
Obligations of Party A

房屋设施如因质量原因、
自然损耗、不可抗力或意外事件
而受
到
损坏，甲方有修缮并承担相关费用的责任。如甲方未在两周内
修复该损坏物，以
致乙方无法正常使用房屋设施，乙方有权终止
该合
约，并要求退还押金。
