contract

to deduct the default

因甲方原因导致乙方无法在租赁期内正常租用该物业,
甲
方应立
即全额无息退还押金予乙方,
且乙方有权追究甲方的违约责任。

六、甲方义务
6.
Obligations of Party A
1)
Party
A

provide
the
premises
and
attached
facilities

furniture list for detail

on schedule to Party
B for
using.
2.
房屋设施如因质量原因、
自然损耗、不可抗力或意外事件
而受
到
损坏,甲方有修缮并承担相关费用的责任。如甲方未在两周内
修复该损坏物,以
致乙方无法正常使用房屋设施,乙方有权终止
该合
约,并要求退还押金。
