-Kraft
liner(KL)
:
纯牛卡，

纯木桨组成，耐破，环压性能优秀，而且耐潮性极
佳，一般
用于瓦楞纸板面纸。
-Test
liner(TL):
仿牛卡

挂面
仿牛卡，其木桨含量低于纯牛卡，性能虽然比不过进
口纯牛卡，
但从纸张的性能上讲，
与国产箱板纸之间的差距在渐渐缩小，
性
价比
较高，已经成为运输包装市场的主流。
-Medium:
芯纸，基本全部由
回收纸制成，粘合性能好，但其它环压，破裂性能很
差，
抗潮性
能不好。
现欧洲有生产高强芯，
在保持原有的良好粘合性能的同
时使
用木浆成份大大提高了环压，破裂及抗潮性能，但成本过高，使用不是很广泛。
-CCNB(Clay Coated
News Back)
:
标准称呼为“灰底白板卡纸”，在南
方广东一带
称为“粉灰咭”，
是一种用循环回收材料制作而成的
带灰质涂料的硬纸板，
常用
于销售包装
E,B
瓦楞纸的面纸，有较好的彩色印刷性能。有时也会单独作为包装
< br>使用，由于其挺度不强，成型不是很好，比较少用其做为包装盒，另有时会用于
Insert
。
-CCKB(Clay Coated Kraft
Back):
牛底白板纸板
-CCWB(Clay Coated White Back):
白底灰芯纸板
-SBS(Solid
Bleached Sulphate):
铜板卡纸

白芯粉咭

纯木浆经硫酸盐法分离，
并漂白制成的高档纸板，印刷适性好。多用于高档化妆品，日用
品，电子产品等
需要高质量印刷效果的包装。根据表面涂布情况
SBS
又分为单粉咭
C1S(coated

side)
和双粉咭
C2S(coated two side
s)
。根据表面涂布效果分为
Matte(
哑光纸
)
和
Glossy(
光面纸
)
。
-WCC(Waxed Corrugated
Containers):
表面蜡质瓦楞纸箱
-Grey Chip Board:
双灰纸板，一般为完全
回收纸制成，挺度好，韧性差，多用于
书本封面和精品手工包装盒。
-Wood Free
Paper
:
模造纸，既非木质纤维纸，纸的原材料以草质纤
维为主，例
如稻秆，麦秆，草秆等。
-Tissue:
包装纸，用于纸巾及产品内衬的一种
30gsm
左右的纸张。
-Art Paper:
铜板纸
,
多用于彩色书籍印刷。与
SBS
质地类似，但克重较低。
-Label/Self-Adhesive Paper:
自粘性标签纸
-Foil
Paper/Card:
铝箔纸

咭
-Dyed Paper:
染纸，一般在制造过程中便加入了
染色剂，使得成品纸本身便有颜
色，可以节省一道颜色印刷，颜色效果好，但成本较高。

)
：瓦楞纸板表面的一层纸，面纸可以是牛卡
(Kraft
Liner)
，仿
牛卡
(Test L
iner)
，灰底白板纸
(CCNB)
等等；

芯纸
(Inside Liner)
：
瓦楞芯纸与瓦楞芯纸之间夹层纸，
其材料一般为仿牛卡
(Test
Liner)
，很少会用到牛卡<

Liner)
或瓦楞芯纸；

瓦楞芯纸
(Medium)
：用做制成瓦
楞芯的纸，一般瓦楞芯纸为重复回收多次的
回收纸制作而成，

理性能较差，
但紧度不高，
利于粘合。
有特殊芯纸表面施胶，
可防水；欧洲有用加强芯
(
纯木浆制成
)
以达到瓦楞纸板较高的物理抗压性能。

楞型
(Flute Type)
：根据
瓦楞芯的大小分成的几种国际标准类型，常用的有：
A,B,C,E,F,
还会有双层瓦楞纸

瓦楞芯纸收缩系数
(Takeup Factor)
：单位长度瓦楞芯纸所用原纸长度与瓦楞芯
纸成型后长度比值。

施胶水量
(Glue

：每平方米纸板每层施胶水总重量。
