一、音
标概述（第

、音素和音标的概念：
音素：语音中的最小单位。例如
mǎ
是由

和上声调这三个
音素组成的。
音标：就是记录音素的符号。它的制定原则是：
一个音素只用一个音标表示，而一个
音标并不只表示一个音素（例如双元音）
。
辅音和元音在语言中的作用，就相当于汉语中
的声母和韵母。例如
