Our opinion is
that family facilitates personal development. As
we all
known
，
good family education is beneficial to
personal development and
bad family
education is harmful to
children
’
growing-up.
The
environment
of
family
education
is
the
dominant
factor
to
the
development of adolescent. The most
important education for children is
family
education.
Growing in
the same
environment
，
which
is
full of
violence
and
hurt,
most
of
the
children
can
grow
up
happily.
However,
others
can
not.
The
main
reason
is
that
they
are
different
in
family
environment. It has
been found that the outstanding students in the
school
have
nearly
the
same
family
education
such
as
to
honor
their
parents,
respect
for
elders
and
so
on.
The
problem
children
probably
have
not
enough
family
education.
They
may
grow
up
in
families
that
are
single-parents or having
family violence.
Good
family
environment
can
not
only
give
children
the
food
and
nutrition
but
also
can
offer
children
the
beneficial
information
in
other
areas.
It
has
been
proved
that
teens
have
strong
ability
to
imitate.
Children
imitate
their
parents
when
they
are
young.
And
they
are
vigorously
to
imitate
if
in
their
eye
their
parents
are
strong
and
authoritative. So parents should make
good modelfor their children.
Family
’
culture
environment
have
great
influence
on
personal
development.
Good
culture
environment
can
broaden
our
horizons
and
increase
our
knowledge.
If
parents
both
have
profound
knowledge,
children
are
more
likely
to
accept
good
education
and
have
highly
educated. If parent have good virtue,
they will teach their children to be
honest people.
To comprehend the importance of
positive personal development,
we
are shown how it all can relate to
successful family development .We can
see
from
successful
people
such
as
“
The
There
Sun
”
in
northern
Song
dynasty .The father is Sun Xun, the two
brothers are Sun Shi and Sun Zhe.
They
are all famous scholar and writers. It is the
powerful speaker to say
the important
of family to personal development.
All
in all, family facilitates personal development. I
hope that family
will
provide
a
much
healthier
and
more
effective
environment
to
parenting children.

Personally I think,
Personal achievement is bound up with his effort
and
persistence
rather
than
family
background.
I
think
that
the
family
background plays only a small part on
personal achievement. On the one
hand,
someone
is
born
into
a
life
of
privilege
and
wealth,
the
family
provide
the
abundant
materials
and
resources
for
him.
However,
he
does
n’
t make full
use of them, and he
accomplishes
nothing finally. On
the other hand,
someone lives a poor life, but he makes great
efforts, and
he
will
reach
his
purpose
finally.
I
’
d
like
to
say
this:
The
life
starting
point
is
beyond
control
of
my
choice,
but
the
life
destination
will
be
decided by me! There is a
saying
“As you sow,
so will you reap”.
How
great you make efforts would make a
great difference on what you will
get
in the future.
Take Yu
Minhong for example
，
a man of
miracles. He was born in a
poor rural
family in eastern China's Jiangsu Province.
Although most of
his childhood was
spent helping his father in the field, his mother
always
encouraged him to go to school.
He
took the college entrance exam for
three
times,
and
finally
he
got
access
to
Peking
University.
After
he
graduated from the Peking

environment he grows in. As far as we are
concerned,
our
families
offer
the
main
development
environment
at
the
early
time
of
our
life
which
will
influence
our
personality
deeply.
Good
personality shaped in
family will contribute to our development.

But
we
also
fall
into
some
bad
habits
because
of
our
families.
These bad habits
will do harm to our development.

that family has done
something good to our
development. And

usually get educated and skilled
with support from the family. That
means family not only plays an

personality, but also offers help to
