2. RECITALS
鉴于甲方愿意录用乙方，乙方愿意到甲方工作，按照《中华人民共和国劳动法》、

华人民共和国劳动合同法》和《上海市劳动和同条例》等我国国家和地方

法律法规和行政规章，以及甲方制定的各项规章制度，本着平等、自愿的原则

（三）乙方承诺，愿服从甲方根据工作需要、乙方工作能力及其表现而安排或调动的
工作岗位。并同意在下列情况下本合同不作变更处理。

（四）因工作需要，乙方被指派到外省市或境
外企业或机构长期工作的，协商一致后，
本合同作变更处理。

in enterprises or
organizations located in other provinces or
municipalities
or
abroad
for
long
period,
this
Agreement
may
be
altered
on
the
basis
of
mutual
consent
through negotiation.
第三条（工作时间和休息休假）
Article 3
Working Hours and Holiday
（一）
乙方的岗位实行全日制标准工时工作制度，
甲方安排乙方每日工作时间不超过
8
小时，每周工作五天。
3.1
Party
B
is
to work
under
the full-time standard
working
time
system: Party
A may require Party B to work for no
more than 8 hours every day and for five
days every week.
