1 PAST MEDICAL HISTORY
i 'd like to ask you about your past medical you me
whether you have had any childhood diseases?for example
chickenpox ,measles,mumps or rubella
when i was small ,i had measles,chickenpox and whooping
cough .but i don't think i ever had rubella
