一、

总责
Total Responsibility
本公司的薪酬模式以“新老同酬，以结果为导向”为原则。以月
为单位进行考核，考核日期为每月
1
日至
31
日。公司行政人事部将
根据员工考勤、绩效考核、奖惩制度制定当月的薪酬，具体如下：

The

chance you will get. Assessment date is 1st to 31th monthly,

attendance, sales performance, reward and punishment.

二、岗位薪酬制度

务员基本工资由业绩完成情况决定。业绩完成情 况不同，基
本工资工资等级也不同。

Basic salary is based on sales performance, different
sales performance, different salary level.

务员基本任务目标为

如果连续三个月未能完成基
本任务，
本人将被约谈确认是否调整工作岗位或提前结 束合同。

Basic performance target is 5 Lakh/month. If salesman
continuous 3 months cannot complete basic performance
target, you may be adjust your job position or cancel
employment contract.

万卢比，如果连续三个月超过最高
任务目标，从第 三个月起，每月额外奖励

卢比。

highest
performance
target

Lakh/month.
If
salesman
continuous

completed

performance target, start from the third month, you will
get reward Rs.2000/month.
