This
shall
be
done
according
to
the
charts,
technical
specification,
table
of
quantities
and
all
the
requirements
mentioned
in
all
the
other
project
documents provided in the main contract form. The work includes, and is not
confined
to,
the
execution
establishment,
the
completion
of
all
the
project
items that depend on the application works, the preparation of the executive
detailed charts with providing the detailed engineering accounts required for all
the
related
items
and
systems
of
the
project
and
in
all
specializations,
the
preparation of the workshop charts, the final tables of quantity and all the other
services
mentioned
in
the
contract
documents,
all
the
vocational
works
required for the execution of the required works including the study of the site,
soil test, establishment, civil, architectural, electric and mechanical works with
all the furniture, interior supplies, preparations, finishing works, test operation
and the works’ maintenance during the maintenance period
(guarantee) and all
the
other
works
mentioned
in
the
scope
of
work
and
all
the
other
contract
documents.

The work scope also includes the provision of the Sites, labor, supervision, tools
technical
and
vocational
services,
production
plans,
execution,
material,
provisions and the items required for revising the designs and applying them on
the Sites with performing all the required amendments, executing, establishing,
furnishing, preparing, finishing and completing the project besides fulfilling all
the
duties
and
obligations
according
to
the
contract
documents
in
order
to
achieve
the
beneficiary
party’s
requirements
and
needs.
Moreover,
the
completion of the works shown in the contract documents and the temporary,
additional and completing works and the amendments required by the Owner
from the contractor according to the conditions and documents of contract.

implementation
shall
be
in
accordance
with
the
drawings,
technical
specifications, quantities tables, appendix number (1) and all requirements contained
in all other contract documents which are mentioned in the main contract document
and
also
according
to
the
documents
prepared
by

contractor
and
which
are
approved
by
both
the
Owner
and
the
Engineer
.
The
contractor
shall
obtain
the
necessary permits from the General Administration of the Military Survey regarding the
survey works and topographic survey at least one month prior to beginning in cadastral
and topographic works for any of the sites.
The work includes, but is not limited to, implementing, establishing, completing and
maintaining works of all project elements after application of the designs on sites and

make all the necessary adjustments resulting from the application works and prepare
the
detailed
and
execution
drawings
along
with
providing
the
detailed
engineering
calculations which are required for all elements and systems related to the project and
all disciplines. This is in addition to the preparation workshop drawings, final tables of
quantities
and
all
the
other
services
referred
to
in
the
contract
documents,
and
all
necessary
professional
works
to
implement
the
required
works,
including
the
site
studies
works,
soil
tests
and
examination
in
addition
to
implementing
the
recommendations of the soil approved report, and all the buildings, services and the
accessories of the project including the construction, civil, architectural and electrical
works and all the required systems and plumbing, water supply, alarm systems and fire
resistance,
cooling
and
air
conditioning,
mechanical
works,
interior
furniture
and
mattresses,
fittings
and
specialties
required
works,
signage
and
finishes,
service
delivery to the sites and buildings, experimental operation, outside the buildings’ works,
which
includes
site
works,
including
civil
works,
networks,
services,

terrestrial
reservoirs, irrigation works, utilities, parks and green spaces, sidewalks, driveways, all
landscaping
works,
roads,
stations,
umbrellas,
gates,
fences,
guard
towers
and
its
complementary, and a sites study for the disposal and protection from rainfalls and
floods
and
traffic
study
for
the
movement
in
the
surrounding
sites
roads,
and
movement in and out and getting the Engineer’s approval on all those studies
before
they are implemented and all other works contained in the scope of work and at any of
the contract documents, including works maintenance during the maintenance period
(the warranty).

does the implementation works, the contractor must review all contract documents
and coordinate between them and not to neglect these instructions or requirements
during
the
preparation
of
drawings
or
during
the
implementation,
it
falls
on
the
contractor responsibility, the misunderstanding of require work or not absorbing the
contract
requirements
before
starting
in
drawings
preparation
or
starting
in
implementing works in the sites.

provides his inquiries written about them to the owner in the tenders study phase and
prior to his tender submission.
In his Individual prices for works items related to what was stated above, and the
required works in Appendix (1) as well as the contained requirements in the minimum
performance
specifications
and
in
any
of
the
other
contract
documents,
the
contractor shall includes all of incurred costs for the implementation of all reportedly
works
or
modifications
without
requesting
any
additional
costs
peering
any
calculations or drawings or its implementation or its application.

studies and analysis of the techniques, and required and appropriate technical works in
accordance

the
project
requirements

The
contractor
shall
assign these works to specialized companies in the field of each, as to be provide the
names and data of at least three companies in each discipline or field to the owner
,
they will be rehabilitated and choose the most suitable companies, according to the
criteria, conditions and requirements set by the owner
.

The contractor shall conduct study and coordinate systems for each discipline or field
and its related equipment and devices, according to international technical standards
and the latest technologies used in this field, and in accordance with the nature and
quality requirements of systems and devices that will be adopted for works, and the
contractor
shall
commit
to
the
application
of
technical
standards
and
international
safety standards in all presented and implemented works. The contractor shall study
and make any modifications required by the installation of these systems or devices
and its accessories and the consequent modifications in any or all of the construction,
electrical
or
mechanical
works
or
final
finishing.
The
contractor
shall
submit
all
the
detailed drawings and detailed lists of quantities for the owner and the engineer for
reviewing and adoption.

承包商应该研究并根据这些系统或装置及其配件的安装要求进行任何的修正；

2-7 Before commencing the application or implementation of
projects

研究 报告、图纸、计算和承包商所要求的建议，以便圆满地完成该项目，并确保设施的
安全性，
以及 不存在任何对该项目设计的不利影响；
如果出现了不安全因素和不利影响，
承包商应该采取必要 的处理措施和设计修正，以实现这些设施的安全性和可持久性。在
开始执行这些建议、开始与这些建议或 该项目有关的工作之前，承包商和业主工程师双
方都应该予以认可。
