Health is very important to everyone.
Nowadays,
almost
everyone
is
more
concern
about
money
than
their
health.
They
are
working-hard and have no enough time to sleep let alone to do some exercise.
In my eyes, we should build up an right attitude of keeping fit. Every weekend, we can have some
gentle
sports.
For
example:
Along
with
jogging(
健身慢跑
)and
swimming, cycling
is
one
of
the
best all-round of exercise. It can help to increase your strength and energy
. Eating

balance also
takes an important part

So, we should eat nutritious food as well as vegetable and fruit. It is not
good to eat too much junk food and some food which is rich of fat and sugar.
Generally speaking, people should pay more attentions of health

People are beginning to attach much more importance to their health these days than ever before.
They begin to realize that good healthis the most valuable possession a person can have. However,
many people don't know how to stay healthy although great efforts have been made in this regard.
In my opinion, there are three things we can do if we want to be in good.




First, we should have the right food, because proper nutrition is the most important for good
health.

A
void foods with lots of sugar and fat. Eat plenty of high protein foods, vegetables and
fruits. Do not overeat. Secondly, we should get proper amount of sleep, because without enough
sleep, we will often feel tired and irritable. Allow ourselves at least eight hours of sleep each day.
Have a nap at noon if time permits. Finally, we should exercise regularly, because'life depends on
exercise'. Regular exercise strengthens our hearts andlungs. In addition, it prevents us from putting
on weight.




If everyone is to do so, there will be much less complaining about poor health and there will
be much more happiness in our life.


When it comes to heath,everybody has his own way to keep health,people keep health through
doing
exercise,others stay
health
by
keeping
balance
diet,however,people
who
know
it well
but
couldn't
put
it
into
effect,
there
are
more
diseases
today
than
before,so
it
is
essential
for
us
to
notice the importance of stay health



First and foremost,we should have a timetable everyday,it helps us form a good habit to keep
health,we should get up early and go to sleep early,so that we can have energy everyday, don't stay
up as possible as you ,we can try to do some exercise and some sports to keep health,for
instance,basketball and valleyball
and swimming and many other sports,it is really good for our
body
and
maybe some
overweight
person can
lose weight
by
doing
but
not
least,we
mustn't eat too much everyday,almost everyone wants to have a good shape,but there are more and
more overweight people
in our daily
life,they like eat French fries over watching TV shaws but
rarely do sports.



All roads lead to Rome and there are many methods to stay we want to have a strong
body and good shape,we should give up our bad habits,the most effect way to keep health is doing
sports,and we should have a good mood everyday at the same time so that reduce the possibility of
suffering disease and have a beautiful and colorful life.


His Healthy Lifestyles
I have a good friend and he has healthy lifestyles. He neither smokes nor drinks. He
never stays up late so he has enough sleep every day. He also has good eating habits,
such as, having three healthy meals every day. He eats fuit and vegetables every day
because they are rich in vitamines which are good for our health. He drinks milk
every day because milk can make his bone strong. He sedom eats junk food because it
is bad for his health. He always washes his hands in time and brushes his teeth twice a
day. Besides, He does exercise at least an hour every day and he often takes a bath.
With good healthy habits he stays in good health.

Healthy Eating






My name is Pauline. I am 12 years old. I want to be a teacher or a doctor when I
grow up. To be a doctor, I must be healthy. It is important for a doctor to be healthy.






Before, I seldom ate vegetables. Because I disliked vegetables. I liked sweet
snacks. They taste delicious but they are not good for me. They give me energy but
they are not healthy. So I must change my diet. Now, I eat a bowl of rice for breakfast,
and I often eat an egg. For lunch, I usually eat a bowl of soup, vegetables and a bowl
of rice. I eat meat and vegetables for dinner. If I want to be healthier, I must exercise.
So I changed my lifestyle now. Now, I often exercise once a week. I do not eat snacks
or fast food any more. So I think I am healthy.





Now, I am very happy. I hope everybody is healthy and happy


We know that some of our students do not like eating lunch at school because the food
isn’t delicious. So
they often
go out of school
to buy something they
like
to eat.
But
I’m afraid
it’s bad
for their
health to eat
lunch outside because some of the
food they
buy isn’t healthy enough.





In
my
opinion,
if
our
schools
want
more
students
to
be
back
and
enjoy
lunch
inside,
they
should
make
the
food
more
delicious,
and
also
they
should
offer
our
students a larger choice of food as well.

Health is

more important than wealth. Good health enables us to enjoy our life and
achieve what we hope for in our career. On the contrary, poor health leads to nothing.

How can we keep healthy Here is some advice. Firstly, it is very important for us to
take more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins, and we have to keep a
balanced diet. So we should avoid food with lots of sugar and fat/which is rich in
sugar and fat. Secondly, we'd better exercise every day to make our bodies strong.
Besides, we have to avoid too much work pressure. Finally, we have to get rid of
those bad habits that damage our health, such as drinking and smoking.
In conclusion, if we stick to the advice given above, we will lead a healthy life.

I’m talking about / Here is my advice about how to keep health/fit? As a middle shool
studentfirst you’d better do more exercise such as playing ball games running
swimming and jumping rope(

). Then you should pay attention to your diet or
meals Don’t eat too much meat and suger but more vegetables and you
need enough sleep or rest . Nextkeep yourself people often say smiling
makes you mustn’t drink wine or
smoke .They are bad for your health.

The Mid- Autumn Day

August 15th in ChineSe Lunar Calendar is the Mid-Autumn Day. It is one of the most
important traditional festivals in China.

On that day people usually go back home to have family reunion. Each family will
have the members get together to have a big dinner. The most popular

cakes. They are round and look like the moon.

enjoying a beautiful full moon in their yard. At this time, some old people would like
