In my opinion, a good government is the one who sincerely put her heart
and soul into service for the people and government policy. All actions which been
taken are based on the people, put people's interests on the first place, rather than from
the rulers of their own interests and the action not based on the maintenance of the
ruler's interest. Qinhui from Arts and Social Sciences at Tsinghua University, said the
government is the worst who puts the civilian capital into the Treasury in the name of
socialism, transfer the Treasury of the assets to the powerful hands in the name of the

. Currently, there
are two phenomena exist at the same time, which is benefit for some people but goes
against some other people. That is the biggest problem in china. Therefore, I think a
good government should do serve the people, service for the civilians, be a qualified
