中考英语作文格式
一．书信的格式要求
1. 在信的右上角写上写信人的地址和日期（电子邮件一般可以不写）
2. 在信纸左侧，正文之前写dear
3. 写信的正文
4. 在信纸的中间稍右下角写出祝愿语或结束语，可以用yours/sincerely yours.
等，在它的下方定上写信人的姓名
e.g. 云南地震，鼓励人们

二． 失物招领和寻物启事的格式要求
1. 寻物词以lost为标题，招领启示以found为题 写在内容正上方居中的位置
2. 另起一行，在标题下面的右上角写日期
3. 寻物的正文内容主要关于遗失的物品，遗失的时间，地点和如果有人发现或
捡到可以送交的人或地点
4. 招领的正文包括招领的物品，拾到物品的地点，时间以及失主认领物品的地
点，联系人等信息
5. 单位/个人署名写在正文的右下角。

三．写日记
1. 日期：在左上角写日期和具体星期几
2. 天气：与日期同行，位于正方右上方
3. 正文：正方的第一段，一般与日期对齐

it was the first day of our winter holiday. all of us were very happy. why? because
we have one month to do the things we love. we are free, although we have so much
homework to do , we can finish them in several days. and we can make good use of
the rest time . we have been very tired after hard studying. in winter holidays,
i want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to relax myself. and then
i will have a good rest.
四．通知
1. 在第一行的中间写notice
2. 在低于notice一行往右约5个字母的距离处开始写通知内容。
3. 在正文的右下方写发通知的单位或单位负责人的姓名
4. 在通知中时间一般写在文中或正 文的左下文，并低于通知发出单位的左边
顶格处开始写通知日期。通知日期有时也可写在正文的右上文。 注：英文中所有称呼，通
知的发出单位和被通知对象均用第三人称。

students' union is going to hold a party on saturday evening, august 15, to welcome
our friends from the united states. the party will be held in the roof garden of
the main building (主搂) .it will begin at 7:30 p.m. there will be music, dancing,
singing, games and exchange of gifts. will everybody please bring along a small
gift for this purpose? remember to wrap it up, sign your name and write a few words
of good wishes ( 祝愿).
don't forget: 7:30 saturday evening, roof garden, main building. there's sure to

五．留言条
1. 普通留言条：一般不必写地点。时间与日期写在便 条的右上方。结尾语可
省，如果要加结尾语，可以和书信相同，署名在结尾语下面
e.g. 假设你是jim，你来还linda字典，可是她不在。他把字典带回去准备明天还。

i come to return the dictionary to you but you are out. i am afraid it is not right
to put it outside the door,so i will take it back. i am going to give it back to
you tomorrow. the dictionary is of great use and i am trying to get one. thank

七、请假条
请假条(written request for leave)是英语学习者必须掌握的常用应用文之一，它包括请
病假(note for sick leave) 和请事假 (leave of absence)。请假条是用于向老师或上级
领导等因身体状况不好或因某事请求准假的场合。
英文请假条写作需注意三点：
1.英文中请假条的写法和汉语请假条相同， 它一般由四部分组成，即时间、称呼、正
文和签名。
2.一般而言，可认定请假条是一种 简单的书信文体。请假条一般写在纸上，不用信封。
其书写格式与书信有很多相似之处，是书信的大大简 化。
3.请假条的特点是要求开门见山、内容简短、用词通俗易懂。
