On Punctuality
Punctuality means observing regular or appointed
time . A man who gets up at six o’clock every moming is punctual.
A man who promises to call on a friend at five o’clock in the
aftemoon and actually does so at that hour is also punctual.
守时的意思是遵守规定的或约定的时间。一个人每天早晨
都六点钟起 床是守时的。一个人承诺了要在下午五点钟给朋友打电话，
实际上他在那个时间也这么做了，那么他也是 守时的。
The unpunctual man, on the other hand, never does
