上海市出租车司机营养相关生活方式现状调查

【摘要】Objective To investigate the life style of taxi drivers in Shanghai
and provide scientific information for developing effective nutrition
health education programs. Methods 1027 taxi drivers were sampled in
taxi parking of the airports in Shanghai. A questionnaire survey was
conducted to collect related information. Results 52. 68% of the
subjects' BMI were in the range of overweight and obesity. Intake
amounts of vegetable, fruit, water were 40.41% , 15. 87% , 51.41% of the
recommended amount, respectively. Average intake amounts were 259.
25 g, 104. 85 g and 1366.69 ml, respectively. 36.90% of the subjects had
middle-leveled physical activity once more than 20 min in a week.
Conclusion The prevalence of overweight and obesity among taxi
drivers were obviously higher than that of national adult They had
inadequate fruit intake and physical activities. It's necessary to conduct
health education on nutrition and healthy life style es among taxi
drivers to improve their health status.%目的 了解上海市出租车司机的营养
