hear that we had made some things inconvenient for you.
Please accept our apologies for our mistakes, which gave you a terrible
holiday. The possible explantation I can give is that we change a number
of staff recently. They may not realize their jobs. I also find that there are
some mistakes in our advertisement.
Please be assured that we will take actions. We will train our new staff.
Recently, we have decided to use scheduled flights with major airlines.
As regard to the hotel, we would contract with hoteliers running two and
three-star hotels with full board and a good range of free activities. We
would also recruit a new team of chefs and offer a wide variety of local
dishes in each resort. You can choose the different hotel you like. As for
the advertisement, we would have it changed.
Your satisfaction is our priority. We continue to be committed to
providing you and all of our customers with the highest standards of
service. Your suggestions give us the chance to make us better. Thank you
