精制蟒蛇油延缓皮肤衰老的实验研究

【摘要】Objective To study the effect of refined python oil on delaying
D-galactose-induced skin aging in mice. Methods Kunming mice were
randomized into high-, middle- and low-dose python oil groups (in the
dosage of 10. 0, 5.0, and 2. 5 mLkg respecitively), model group, normal
group and positive control group (vitamin E, 50mg for each mouse).
Except for the normal group, mice in the other groups were given daily
subcutaneous injection of D-galactose (1g kg) on the mice nape and
back to induce sub-acute aging, and simultaneously were given skin
application of the corresponding drugs for 42 continuous days. After
treatment, the mice nape and back skin was sampled for the
examination of water content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and
malondialdehyde (MDA) content. The skin histological features were
also examined. Results In the model group water content and SOD
activity were decreased, and MDA content was increased ( P ＜ 0. 01
