SQL SERVER 2005服务无法启动问题的解决办法
SQL SERVER 2005 + SP3版本，突然无法启动服务。帖出系统日志中的错误：

原因分析：
根据这里的文章提示，主要是红色部分错误代码提示比较有用，原因是 SQL SERVER 配
置管理->SQL SERVER 2005网络配置->MSSQLSERVER 的协议下TCPIP的启用与
配置。出现上述错误的时候，TCPIP无法启动。
当你打开它 的属性的时候，发现在“协议”那一栏，只有“保持活动状态”，其它三个都没有了。
而在“IP 地址”栏，缺少IPALL。这个问题的解决办法是去注册表为TCPIP增加丢失的项。

解决办法：
一、开始->运行->regedit，找到 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoft
Microsoft SQL ServerMSSQL.1MSSQLServerSuperSocketNetLibTcp
1)添加“Enabled”，类型dword，值为1。

2)添加IPALL项，并添加如图中的几项。

添加完后回到SQL SERVER 配置管理中，你会看到，值都出现了，接下来你要做的事情
就很简单了，配置好IP地址，启动它。
