Although I have broad interests in many aspects and grasp the essential knowledge
of the major, but I think at present, I can do many things in a superficial level,
but not be competent to do things professionally owing to lack of ample knowledge
and ability. So I think further study is still urgent for me to realize self-value.
The major that I hope pursue for my further education is IC design. Because I find
integrated circuits are playing a more and more important role in our modern society.
And nowadays in China, with the recognition by the government, our domestic
integrated circuits industry is growing rapidly and that may provide a lot of chances
to us.
I plan to concentrate on study and research in this field in my graduate time. And
I hope I can form a systematic view of micro electronics and IC design technology

口试内容与结构
分为两部分，有两名教师参加口试工作，一名教师主持口试，随时与考生交谈 并评分；
另一名教师专事评分，不参与交谈。两名口试教师所给的分数各占口试成绩的50%。

仪表风度是指应试者的体态外貌、穿着举止以及精神状态等。其具体要求是：
1.穿着整齐、得体、无明显失误；
2.沉着、稳重、大方；
3.走路、敲门、坐椅符合礼节；

五、面试题目的提问方式

1.封闭型提问

2.开放型问题

决问题能力和思维能力等。有时为了委婉地表达某种意思，也可用 此

难以被录用，你如何看待呢？

4.连串型问题

连串型问题提问一半用于压力面试中，主要考察应试者人 员的反应能
力，思维的逻辑和条理等，但也可以用于考察应试者的注意力、瞬时

9.情景型问题（案例型问题）

情景型问题是通过情景试题考 察应试者的应变能力、情绪稳定、计划、

行为型问题是用于考察应试者行为技巧和能力的试题形 式，如考察人
际交往的意义和技巧，组织协调能力，人际交往能力，特别是解决平
级组织间矛盾 问题的能力，以及着重考察其人际沟通以及与同事建立
信任关系等行为技巧和能力。

11.智能型问题

智能型问题是通过对比较复杂的社会热点问题的讨论， 考察应试者的
综合分析能力，也在一定程度上考察应试者对社会的关心程度。这类
题一般不是要 应试者发表专业的观点，也不是对观点本身正确与否做
评价，而主要是看应试者是否能言之成理。

12.意愿型问题

意愿型问题是考察应试者的求知动机与拟任职位的匹配、应试者的价
值取向和生活态度。 如：你为何想离开原工作单位？又为什
么报考现在的岗位？这次报考倘若未被录用，你将有何打算？（报 考
动机是否符合拟任职位所需条件，应试者是否既对报考的工作岗位有
正确认识和强烈动机，又 能正确对待挫折，抱有积极的生活态度。）
13.知识型问题 知识型问题是通过应试者的回答，可了解其
知识面，个倾向和思维方式等情况的问题。
