Used to的用法：
【基本用法】
used to表示过去经常 的习惯,但现在不再这样了,常译为“过去常常”。其中的
to是不定式符号,后面要接动词原形。它只 有过去式一种形式,可以用于所有人称。
例如:
I used to watch TV, but now I don’t like it.
我过去常常看电视,但现在不喜欢了。
He used to like collecting coins. 他过去喜欢集硬币。
【句型结构】
⑴used to的否定式为didn’t use to或used not to。例如:
He didn’t use used not to go home by bus.
他过去不常坐公共汽车回家。
⑵used to的疑问式为Did … use to …? 或Used … to …? 构成。例如:
—Did you use to be a teacher? Used you to be a teacher?
你过去是老师吗?
—Yes, I did. 是的。

现在、将来的多种时态,还可以用get, become等词来代替,表示“习惯于(做)某事”。
例如:

used to do sth同义。例如:

3. be used as …

be used as … 表示“作为……被使用”,其中as是介词,后面接名词。例如:
Some adjectives may be used as adverbs.
某些形容词可以用作副词。
These articles may be used as reading materials.
这些文章可以用来作阅读材料。
4. be used by sb
be used by sb表示“……被某人使用”。例如:
This reading-room is only used by teachers.
这个阅览室只供教师使用。
The bike is only used by me. 这辆自行车只准我使用。
